Turkey Picture Books

Y’all. I’ve read every stinkin’ Turkey book out there. There are a lot of cute books, but these are by far my favorite ones. If you only read ONE turkey book this year… it must be Turk and Runt! Hands down my favorite book of all time!

Turkey Booklet

One activity that you can do with students after they have read a thanksgiving or turkey-themed books is have students create a turkey booklet. Here, students described the turkey from the book on the feathers. On the inside students retold the story on the Beginning, Middle, and End pages. You can find this activity HERE.
