Okay, let’s get straight to the point. Valentine’s Day is 5 days away and I have the cutest Valentine’s Day directed drawing for you to share with your students! Best of all…you can grab it for free! The “Love Monster” was highly requested by my teacher-friends, so I hope you love it! And be sure to share all the pictures of your students’ finished products on social!
Here’s what the drawing looks like.
So cute, right?!
The great thing about this drawing is you can print it for your in-person students or share it digitally with your remote students using Google Classroom or Seesaw! I have included both links in the PDF download to make it easy-peasy.
If you want to make a full day of it, make sure you grab this free Valentine’s Day digital math activity for telling time! And if you’re looking for even more activity ideas, I compiled a few right here.

Hi Amy!
I love all of your lessons, especially the Rooted in Reading series. 🙂
I wanted to let you know that I’m having trouble getting the digital version of the Love Monster directed drawing. It asks me to open it in an app. Once I do, it never opens up. Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you! For the Love Monster drawing, when you open the PDF there will be two buttons- one to add to Google classroom and one to add to Seesaw, so you will want to already have yourself logged into one of these platforms in order to use them. Hope this helps!
