Getting startled by a falling water bottle was not Getting startled by a falling water bottle was not on my bingo card when I started subbing. 😅

Let's just say I understand the appeal of a designated water bottle spot.

Three simple systems that just make sense:

💧 The Hydration Station gives every water bottle a home
🎫 The hallway passes tell you where a student went the second you glance at their empty seat
✨ The Affirmation Station keeps encouragement in front of students while you teach

None of them need a complicated plan. All of them are things your students can run on their own.

Comment STATION and I'll send you all three 👇

You look up, see an empty seat, and think — wait, You look up, see an empty seat, and think — wait, where did that kid go? 🤔

Not because you forgot. Because nothing in the room told you.

That's why I love this hallway pass idea. The passes stay in the classroom, in little frames on a shelf. When a student leaves, they grab the right pass and set it on their desk.

Nurse pass on the desk? They're at the nurse. Bathroom pass sitting there? You already know.

One glance at the empty seat and you have your answer.

Comment STATION and I'll send you this one plus two more simple classroom setups 👇

Setting up this bulletin board area inside my home has been one of THE best decisions! Not only has it made it incredibly easy to display and work with my resources, but it's truly become a space that inspires my kiddos at home, too.

This Enjoy the Good Days board was the perfect way to kick off the first week of school — and I already know it's going to be one of your favorites.

I was subbing in a third grade classroom when I sp I was subbing in a third grade classroom when I spotted this on the counter — every math fact timed test, sorted by fact, in brochure holders. 🤯

So simple. But it completely changed how I thought about managing all the moving pieces of math fact fluency tracking.

Students grab their own test. You're not flipping through a stack to figure out who's on their 7s. And it barely takes up any counter space.

Everything else was already sitting in our Fact Master Ninja resource — the timed tests, the punch cards, the teacher data folder, the belts. The brochure holders were just the piece that pulled it all together.

So I wrote out exactly how it runs as one system, start to finish.

If your class is working on facts at five different levels right now, this one's for you. 👇

Comment NINJA and I'll send you the full breakdown, plus free multiplication fact bracelets your kiddos can wear all day.
