Activities Included
- Describing 2D Shapes: name the shape and count its sides and vertices (circle, oval, square, rectangle, triangle, rhombus, parallelogram, pentagon, hexagon, and octagon)
- Composing 2D Shapes: combine shapes at The Creation Station and describe the new shape’s attributes
- Which Does Not Belong: find the 3D shape that does not belong and name the shapes
- Looking at 3D Shapes: name the shape, count vertices and edges, decide if it rolls, and identify shapes from nets (sphere, cone, cylinder, cube, pyramid, triangular prism, and rectangular prism)
