I hope you all had a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving and are enjoying your time back in the classroom! Just think… only a few more weeks until Christmas Break! I have a Place Value FREEBIE for you to celebrate making it to Wednesday 🙂
This place value activity can be used digitally through Power Point or Google Slides OR it can be printed to be used as a Math Station, Scoot, or Small Group activity!
Students look at the three spinners. They see where the arrows are pointed. Students take those three digits and rearrange them to create the greatest number possible!
After students have created the greatest number possible, they will now find the numbers that are 10 more/less OR 100 more/less. Students record their responses on their printed out recording sheet!
The great thing about this activity is that is can be used in so many different ways! Have access to laptops and tablets? Perfect! Have no technology in your classroom? That’s okay too! Simply decide whether you want it to be digital or printable and you are good to go! Don’t worry, in the file I’ve included video directions on how to get your documents into Google Slides!
